🔁 Refund Policy – Mokshya Holidays
🏨 Hotels & Resorts:
For Long Weekends & Special Dates (e.g., New Year, Christmas, 26 Jan, 15 Aug, Holi, etc.):

If cancelled less than 25 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.

If cancelled 30 days or more in advance: 100% advance amount will be refunded.
For Regular Weekdays & Weekends:

If cancelled 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the advance.

If cancelled between 20 to 29 days: 50% of the advance will be refunded.

If cancelled between 7 to 19 days: Advance will be adjusted in the next trip (valid for 6 months).

If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in: No refund or adjustment will be applicable.
🐅 Jungle Safari:

Once booked, safari is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

No changes or refunds allowed due to government rules, delays, or no-show.

Safari timings and zone are fixed and cannot be modified.
🚐 Local Transport (Cab / Tempo Traveller / Bus):

If cancelled within 7 days of travel: No refund.

If cancelled 7–15 days before: 50% refund.

If cancelled more than 15 days prior: Partial refund after service charge deductions.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after verifying all details.
