  Cancellation Policy – Grace Resort and Spa

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be non-refundable.
  • Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  Room Upgrade Policy

  • Room upgrades are subject to availability at check-in.
