Cancellation & Booking Policy

Safari Cancellation Policy

Once the safari permit is booked, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, modified or transferred to another date.
Safari permit details cannot be changed after booking, as per the applicable safari rules.
In case the guest cancels the complete booking, safari permit cost and applicable service/processing expenses will be chargeable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel/resort booking can be fully refundable when cancelled 15 days or more before the check-in date, except during long weekends, festivals and special dates.
For long weekends, festivals and special dates, special cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Additional Guest / Child

Any additional adult or child added to the booking will be charged separately according to the applicable package, room occupancy and child policy.

Day 1 - Arrival at Jim Corbett National Park
