5.2. We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused during the trip due to factors beyond our control.
5.3. Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Conduct & Responsibilities
6.1. Customers must follow local laws, customs, and regulations while traveling.
6.2. Any damage caused to the property of a service provider due to negligence or misconduct by a customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
